Due to the country’s energy shortage, the Iranian government has decided to cut off electricity to registered miners. In Iran, there are now 118 mining enterprises working lawfully.

They will, however, lose access to electricity on the first day of the month of Tire (June 22). Due to the extremely low cost of energy, Iran has awarded over 1,000 mining licenses, and there are also several underground mining farms.

Iran’s Energy Minister, Mostafa Rajabi Mashhadi, told the Tehran Times that the country’s energy consumption hit 62,500 MW last week. In the not-too-distant future, the figure will rise to 63,000 MW, and Iran will run out of power.

This did not, however, have a significant impact on the popularity of this form of exercise.
